LIV Saifi was created following the great success of LIV Apartments & Lofts, a similar project in Mar Mikhael. Going for the same industrial concept and made by the same internationally acclaimed architect Bernard Khoury.
LIV Saifi is not a replica but is rather inspired by its sibling to bring to the neighborhood a series of lofts and condos that stand out in an already lively city. The building spreads across 9 Floors that comprise 4 different sizes of lofts, duplex apartments and 2 penthouses. All designed to fit each potential residents' requirements, the futuristic glazed facade look is purposely created to allow for maximum natural light absorption.
